Kick off this year's conference by attending the Welcome Reception and Exhibit Show Grand Opening, following the conclusion of the Delegate Assembly! Exhibitors will be offering a variety of special food and beverages at their booths. Make sure to visit all of them to see what they are offering.
Each registered conference attendee will receive two drink tickets with their registration materials. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bars using cash or credit card. Please note that guests will not receive drink tickets.
Friday, Nov. 10 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Take the opportunity to visit with exhibitors during Friday's lunch and learn about how they can help to enhance your district. Lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibitors will be hosting fun activities and drawings in their booths. MASB will again be hosting a grand prize drawing at the end of each day. You must be present to win!
Because conflict-of-interest policies vary from district to district, we cannot guarantee that your board’s policy allows you to accept our gift if you win the drawing. Please review your policy to ensure that you are able to accept a gift if you are a winner.
