From Conflict to Conversation

Disagreement is not only natural but also necessary. School Board Members, like all civil leaders, must continually enhance their skills and tactics to address complex and sensitive issues. They should do this in a way that leaves community members feeling welcomed, heard and respected. At Summer Institute, participants will have the opportunity to explore and practice these core skills to apply in their communities.

Matt Lehrman, Managing Director of Social Prosperity Partners

Lehrman is the co-founder and managing director of Social Prosperity Partners—an Arizona-based consulting firm dedicated to the proposition that “Where people work together courageously, their potential is unlimited.”

The firm works nationally to help leaders gather consensus around important decisions.
