Being a woman is complicated. We juggle so many responsibilities each day while attempting to make it look easy and effortless. Even the superwomen among us struggle to feel confident from time-to-time. In the session, we’re going to get real about the challenges we face and how we can build confidence in ourselves and others. We’ll cover everything from unrealistic expectations (ours and society’s) to building a wardrobe that works for you.

Managing board/superintendent relations (or simply how the supt relates to the board)
How the board relates to the superintendent
Tips/tools on how best to support the supt
Tip/tools on how best to support the board

Billing Policy: A $25 fee will be added per attendee to any balance due as of the date of the class/event.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any and all cancellations. Substitutions are accepted in lieu of a cancellation. No refund one week from event.

MASB reserves the right to CANCEL all classes with fewer than 15 participants. Registration and attendance at, or participation in MASB's conferences, CBAs and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MASB's use and distribution of the attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events.
