The Resolutions and Bylaws Committee encourages your board’s input for developing MASB positions on legislative, legal and administrative issues of statewide significance.
Amendments to resolutions and/or bylaws may be made only by: (a) inserting or adding words; (b) inserting or adding paragraphs; (c) striking out words or paragraphs; (d) striking out words and inserting words; or (e) substituting an entire paragraph or the entire text of a resolution.
Please include your name, district, resolution number and your amendment or new resolution.
