Complete School Forms Collection

Complete School Forms Collection
This member service features more than 300 forms covering virtually any policy need of a public school district. All of the forms are coded to match MASB's Bylaw and Policy Manual. The MASB Forms Manual will complement and support the MASB Bylaw and Policy Manual numerical coding system, but can be used by any school district.

MASB's Bylaw and Policy Services Forms Manual is designed to give our members a useful collection of forms for use in public schools. The Forms Manual is available in four formats: CD-ROM, Zip¨ disk, floppy disk set or customized 3-ring binders.

The MASB Bylaw and Policy Services Manual contains several forms as part of our administrative regulations (provided at no extra charge with the MASB Bylaw and Policy Manual). MASB responded to a demand to offer a more complete collection of pertinent forms for use by our member districts.

Please Note: The manual is available for sale only to public school board members, public school superintendents, charter academies chartered by public school districts and members of the Council of School Attorneys.
