ERIN Subscription Information
Settlement Reports - Instead of calling districts one-by-one to collect comparative salary and benefit information, you can use ERIN to compare information with a few clicks of your mouse.
- The Settlement Report section of ERIN is a searchable database that contains descriptive salary and health benefit data, which can be sorted based on a variety of criteria including enrollment size, county, region, and even foundation grant amounts.
Collective Bargaining Agreements - We also collect full union contracts for administrators, teachers, and support staff directly from districts. These contracts are scanned into our system and subscribers can search for specific contract language or even download full contracts to view at your leisure.
- Subscribers no longer have to struggle with contract language at the bargaining table. You can easily research what other districts have written into their contracts all over the state based on keywords and union types.
- This information can also be sorted based on enrollment size, county, and more!
Bylaw and Policy Update Service - Subscribers no longer have to pay high prices for quarterly policy packets. With ERIN, these policies come directly from MASBs Bylaw and Policy department and are downloadable on ERIN for implementation into the districts own policy manual.
- The policies are constantly updated not held until quarterly or even bi-annual reports. Subscribers are sent an e-mail every time something is updated in ERIN, so urgent State-mandated policies can be obtained right away.
Job Descriptions - Human Resource departments no longer have to rewrite job descriptions every time new employees are being hired into the district. ERIN contains over 200 generic job descriptions from Central Office to Food Services.
- These job descriptions are available for easy download so that subscribers can obtain and adjust them to fit their particular hiring needs.
Labor Relations Case Files - Arbitrator research made easy! Whether your district is going through arbitration or fact finding, ERIN can help your district with preparation research.
- Find out what has been ruled in the past on particular topics. Find out the trend in a particular arbitrators rulings. The information is readily available to keep you prepared.
Sample Evaluations, Applications and Booklets - From principal evaluations or job applications to Superintendent Contracts and mentor teacher handbooks, ERIN contains information that can be invaluable to your districts every day processes.
