MASB, in partnership with MSBO and MASA, has selected JP Morgan Chase (formerly BankOne) as the provider for the Michigan Purchase Card Consortium. The Consortium is open to all districts in the state and because we are aggregating the "spend" of a large group of schools the bank will offer a rebate. Summary Information Sheet includes highlight information on the purchasing card program and MSBO and JPMorgan Chase contact information on a statewide basis.
The Purchasing Card Program Agreement is an agreement between the district and the Michigan Purchasing Card Consortium. The agreement has been reviewed by the Thrun Law Firm and the Clark Hill law firm and needs to be executed by the district. Please send two originally signed copies to MSBO. They will return one copy to you once signed by the Consortium. JP Morgan Chase will also require an agreement between the Bank and the district.
