The MASB Bylaws govern the number of delegates and alternates your board may designate. Article VII, Sections 4 and 5 provide:

Each school board that is an active or academy member of the Association is entitled to represenatation at an annual or special meeting, as follows:

Group I	All ISDs	1 Voting Delegate & Alternate
Group II	0-1,400	1 Voting Delegates & Alternates
Group III	1,401-2,500	2 Voting Delegates & Alternates
Group IV	2,501-5,000	3 Voting Delegates & Alternates
Group V	5,001-11,000	4 Voting Delegates & Alternates
Group VI	11,001-60,000	4 Voting Delegates & Alternates
Group VII	Over 60,000	4 Voting Delegates & Alternates

Each school board that is an active or academy member of the Association shall select its delegates and alternates ... and certify [them] to the executive director prior to the annual or special meeting.
